And sometime because it’s a bit cool in a hyperbaric chamber it is also advisable to bring a blanket. If you like to draw you can do that and bring some pencils and sketch. If you are a child you can bring toys but they have to be quite.
The first time also that you will get to see a hyperbaric chamber, it will be deflated and appear smaller. But within one or two minutes the chamber can instantly and completely be inflated. And you can choose either to sit upright or lie comfortably.
Hyperbaric chamber has a main window and three other windows that are strategically place. Giving you a feeling that you are never enclosed but still maintaining privacy. You are also in control because you can depressurize the hyperbaric chamber on you own and come out on your own if needed.
Remember also to equalize pressure in your ears by yawning, turning your head from side-to-side, swallowing and massaging the area below the ears and behind the jaw. Closing the mouth,pinching the nose and blowing outwards also is another way to equalize pressure.
Sessions in a hyperbaric chamber lasts for 60 minutes and you come out actually feeling no higher air pressure at all and feeling much lighter.
